The Worksman WTX Trike is an adult size bike that has the same drive system of the classic child’s bike. This bike offers a fun ride for everyone and is made by America’s largest and most respected adult tricycle manufacturer. This Worksman WTX Trike is a very stable trike due to its wide base and tracking tires. It’s like a child strike where the pedals are connected to the front wheels. This bike is ideal for short distances and low speed. There are many reasons this bike is great yet the one I found it perfect for is therapeutic reasons.

This trike is perfectly designed with 2 purposes in mind. First it’s like a wacky bike and great for those funny bike races and such. Yet the main purpose of therapeutic purposes. Schools and hospitals use the Worksman WTX Trike to assist with their special needs clients. I also found the same as I work with special needs as well. When providing therapy with these special people fear is one of their inhibitors. Or in contrast they have no fear and need something, like this trike provides them with the safety and security that they require.

All of the extra features that the Worksman WTX trike provides my clients with comfort and make it easier for them to train. The wide base of the trike gives them the feeling of security so they can concentrate on other things. The constant cycling motion as well is very therapeutic for them. It also enables them to think of other things knowing that their feet are constantly pedaling. Therapy is quite a challenging endeavour and this Worksman WTX Trike truly makes my job much easier. Not only that it makes the clients time less stressful and actually a lot of fun. They actually love the look and feel of the bike as it reminds them of the bike they had as a child. This is very comforting for them in itself.

Now as a therapist, it’s also very frustrating trying to provide the valuable tools needed to support my clients with the outrageous prices some of these manufacturers charge. This is not true with the Worksman WTX Trike which is very affordably priced. The nice thing as well is that the company is quite aware of this and consciously kept the price manageable and affordable.
